Wikipedia/Dorset Avenue bridge
The Dorset Avenue bridge in Ventnor will remain in the down position until further notice to address control issues, officials announced.
Motorists may continue to use the bridge; however, boats that normally require the bridge to be in the up/open position to pass through, will be unable to do so until further notice.
Atlantic County is working with contractors to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
